Bio
I am a PhD Candidate in Public Policy and Political Economy at the University of Texas at Dallas. My research lies in International Political Economy, with a focus on the design of preferential trade agreements, the diffusion of digital provisions and digital governance through trade policy, and the role of regionalism and international organizations as part of a broader institutional system. I also study civil resistance, democratic transitions, and democratic backsliding, linking political economy to regime dynamics and coalition formation.
Since the Summer of 2024, I have worked with Dr. Jonathan Pinckney on the Who Overturns project, where I have managed our cohorts of research assistants, contributed to data collection across multiple phases, and supported published work through data analysis, writing and active engagement.
